Across the Deep South, over half a million people will lose some degree of food assistance and approximately 3.6 million people will lose health care from Medicaid cuts and rising health care premiums. Congress must approve a budget that preserves access to health care, ensures our Congressional approved dollars can be spent on communities, and the ability to check the executive branch from punishing anyone who dares to disagree with their decisions.
